Ethics and integrity are essential attributes that we must demand from everyone who is part of GTFoods.
Any failure to report a violation of the Code of Ethics shall constitute a violation of said code.
Disciplinary penalties will be applied to those who violate this Code, which may lead to the dissolution of the violator’s employment agreement with cause, without prejudice to other legal measures. The Company does not accept that people, in ensuring compliance with this Code of Ethics, suffer any type of retaliation, disapproval or discrimination. We are all ethics inspectors and we have an obligation to comply with and enforce the terms of this Code.
This Code will be widely publicized and must be disclosed to all employees, service providers, suppliers, partners, and other related parties of the Company. This code of ethics is also available on our website.
